What happens to payments if a booking is cancelled or changed. Your quotation can set different terms; if it does, the quotation applies.

1Payments
The amount and timing of each payment are written on your quotation. TNP may send a Razorpay payment link or QR for an agreed amount; every payment is recorded against your booking.
2If you cancel
More than 30 days before the event: what you paid is refunded, less any costs TNP has already paid to others for your event.
15 to 30 days before the event: 50% of what you paid is refunded.
Less than 15 days before the event: payments are not refunded, because the team and arrangements are already committed.
Cancel in writing (email or WhatsApp) with your quotation or invoice number. The date we receive it counts.
3If you change the date or team size
Ask as early as you can. If TNP can serve the new date, what you paid moves to it. A larger team is quoted again; a smaller team within 15 days of the event is charged as booked.
4If TNP cancels
If TNP cancels or cannot provide a booked service, you receive a full refund of what you paid for that service.
5How refunds are paid
Refunds go back to the account or method the payment came from: online payments through Razorpay, other payments by bank transfer or UPI.
We start the refund within 7 working days of agreeing it. Banks may take a further 5 to 7 working days to show it.
6How to ask
Refund requests are handled and answered by our Grievance Officer, Nayan Sunil Paul, proprietor. Write to info@tnpeventhospitality.com or call +91 721 927 6702 with your quotation or invoice number.
