1About these terms

These terms apply to this website and the accounts on it, run by TNP Event Planners (TNP Hospitality is its brand), Nayan Sunil Paul, proprietor, Pune.
Our Privacy policy and Refund and cancellation policy are part of these terms.

Sending an enquiry does not book anything. A booking exists only when TNP has sent a quotation, you have accepted it and the payment it asks for has been received.
Each booking follows its quotation: services, dates, team, charges, payment schedule and validity. If these terms and a quotation differ, the quotation applies.
Online payments are processed by Razorpay. TNP never sees or stores your card or bank login details.

You must be 18 or over. Give true information and keep it up to date.
Keep your password private. You are responsible for what is done through your account; tell us at once if someone else may have used it.
TNP may suspend or close an account that is misused, holds false information or breaks these terms.
You can delete your account at any time from your profile settings.

Registering or applying is not an offer of work and does not make you TNP’s employee. Each event you accept is a separate engagement as an independent freelancer.
When you accept an event you agree to report at the stated place and time, follow the briefing and the code of conduct.
Pay is worked out from the attendance your Event Coordinator records and the event’s day rate, and is paid as the payment policy describes. Tax is deducted at source where the law requires it.

A Collaborator account is approved by TNP and may be suspended by TNP.
Details of clients and freelancers you see may be used only for that event and must not be shared or reused.

Do not access another person’s account or data, upload anything unlawful or harmful, try to break or overload the site, or copy its content for commercial use.

Photographs, text, logos and design on this site belong to TNP or are used with permission. The TNP name and logo are trademarks of TNP. Do not reuse them without written permission.

We work to keep the site available and correct, but it may sometimes be interrupted or contain mistakes.
For any booking, TNP’s total liability is limited to the amount paid to TNP for that booking. TNP is not liable for indirect losses or for events outside its reasonable control (force majeure), such as natural events, government orders or venue closures.

These terms are governed by the laws of India. Disputes are subject to the courts at Pune, Maharashtra.
